7 1/2" x 13 1/2" Red Cross paper flag issued during World War I. The text at the top indicates the inner blue border represents US involvement in the second year of the war. This flag was printed in 1919 on thin paper and designed for adhesive to be applied to the front and stuck in the window of a member. Near mint condition
