Texas for Harkin, Give 'em hell, Tom!

Tom Harkin was an early front runner for the 1992 Democratic nomination but ultimately lost to Bill Clinton. Harkin served as senator from Iowa from 1985-2015. Inspired by his deaf brother, Harkin became a disability rights activist and architect of the Americans With disabilities Act, ADA, passed in 1990. Near mint condition on this 2 1/4" pinback.
