9 1/4" x 2 3/4" ribbon issued to members of the Independent Order of the Odd Fellows of Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The Odd Fellows volunteered their time to humanitarian efforts in their area such as visiting the sick, burying the dead, and educating orphans.
