This unusual 3" button was used by the Kentucky delegation to the 1992 Republican National Convention. The "'92" is coated in a lottery-ticket like film when scratched off reveals images of Bush and Quayle. This is a tough and desirable Bush button, difficult to find either unscratched or scratched.
